An Ayurvedic consultation is a holistic process that assesses an individual's health and well-being, considering their physical, mental, and emotional state. It involves a comprehensive evaluation of lifestyle, diet, and history to identify imbalances and create personalized recommendations for restoring balance and promoting health.

Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic therapy where a continuous stream of warm oil (or other liquid) is poured onto the forehead, specifically the "third eye" area (ajna chakra). According to Ayurveda, this practice is believed to calm the nervous system, balance the mind and body, and promote relaxation and rejuvenation.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are enveloped in resonant sounds, often from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, to facilitate relaxation and a meditative state. Rather than a traditional musical composition, the sounds create a soothing vibration that can lead to a sense of calm, stress reduction, and even physical benefits.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle hand placement to help restore balance and harmony in the body and mind. It's based on the idea that a universal life force energy can be channeled to promote healing and well-being.

SURE! Just opt for the 1 free class pass under offerings and pick and register for the class!
What should I wear to a class? Will I have to take my shoes off?
Typically you can wear anything that stretches and allows for movement. Shoes are taken off for yoga along with socks, but for pilates if you wish to leave your tennis shoes on that's fine.
